"With Shipping Box" is a photobook by Nobuyoshi Araki, one of Japan's leading photographers, also known as "Araki." His exhibition at the Tokyo Photographic Art Museum is still fresh in our memory, but Araki has published over 500 photobooks to date, creating a sensation in the photography world both in Japan and overseas. As exemplified by "Sentimental Journey," a collection of photos from his honeymoon with his wife Yoko, Araki's photographs are born from a close relationship with his subjects. This book also shows an erotic and radical appearance, and it closely depicts the relationship between Araki and his subjects. Originally a collection of serials in the SM magazine "SM Sniper," the book was created by Araki, but in addition to the unique situation of photographing women tied up, the prints were edited by covering the women's obscene parts with ink. Araki's calligraphy, written on the set, is also clever. This book is a combination of Araki's raw and erotic photographs with the performance-like quality that only a magazine serialization can provide. Limited to 1000 copies. Shipping box included.
