Town to Town is a photo collection by Scottish photographer Neil McDiarmid. When you hear the phrase "British portrait photography," Daniel Meadows comes to mind. He studied photography with Martin Parr and others in the 1970s, and is a famous photographer who traveled all over the UK in a modified bus, recording the history and growth of the local people. McDiarmid is a photographer who inherits that hungry spirit. He began taking portraits on the streets in 2011, and in 2013 he traveled all over the UK, visiting 120 cities and traveling 50,000 miles, taking portraits of 800 people, and published the record in the photo collection Crossing Paths. This book is McDiarmid's latest work, containing 60 illustrations of his major works. The selection of subjects and the coloring, including the background, are unique, and this masterpiece of portrait work evokes a new image of the UK. An exhibition of this work is planned for 2018 at the Martin Parr Foundation. Limited to 1000 copies. Signed by the photographer .
